General Policies

J&J is an order and pay as you go program. There is no pre-payment or multi-month commitment. Although, we encourage you to order every month (this helps us with planning and makes sure you do not forget to order), you don’t have to and can order at any frequency you would like.  Each month we will send an email and text reminding you to place your order and letting you know about our monthly specials. 

Once an order has been delivered to the host it is yours. There are no returns unless thawing has occurred due to a malfunction of the freezer at the pickup location.

Most of our drop locations have freezers to offer you flexibility for pick up without worry of thawing.  Please check with us, your gym or host location for details. 

All our beef is dry aged, knife cut, vacuum sealed and frozen to lock in the highest quality and ensure long product life.

Deliveries occur the 3rd and 4th weeks of every month. Check your location when signing up for you pick up day.

J&J uses email to notify its members of any changes in delivery days or postponements of service, 

As of March 1, 2012 J&J will no longer accept paper checks.  This policy may change at any time.

You must have a zero balance with J&J to receive your next order.

Pick-up Etiquette

Please realize our hosts are our partners and are the back bone of our program. Treat their home and property as you would your own. Respect their privacy and be prompt and courteous when picking up your orders.

Your receipt will list how many bags you have for pick up.  Only take the bags assigned to you or please sign for any orders you are picking up for other members on the master sheet located on each freezer for that month

How To Sign Up for J&J Grassfed Beef’s Neighborhood Delivery Program

Step 1: Go to our website to find a pick up location in your area.

Step 2: Click Sign up and complete the registration process to set up your account.

Step 3: Choose your monthly pack and any extra’s you may want to add to your order.

Step 4: Enter your payment information 

What you will receive

  • A confirmation email that we have received your membership and an additional email once you have placed your order.
  • Monthly email and text reminders to place your order.
  • Your monthly meat order from J & J delivered to the same location on the same day each month.
  • Access to specials and discounts off regular retail prices.
  • Access to all the hard to find cuts you love. We fill our Neighborhood Delivery orders first so you will have first pick of all our specialty and hard to get items.
